Gema was installed in Tunisia in 2002 to start the activity of Preforming and assembly of plastic pipes. She has also developed several activities with different clients with limited-time contracts, such as the assembly of advertising cards which is of Canadian origin and which took place between 2003 and 2007, and the assembly of the chain tensioner between 2006 and 2010, and the extrusion of mastics between 2006 and 2010.

Since 2010, the company has focused on two activities: injection and assembly of plastic parts and Preforming and assembly of pipes. And in order to verticalize the products, a new process was created in 2013 which is the extrusion of pipes.

Gema has chosen the stability of its staff since 2002 and through the various activities, which gave a minimum experience of 10 years for 80% of its current staff.

Gema is now specialized in manufacturing automotive plastic parts based on different manufacturing processes :
